FLOURISH is Google's in-house initiative to help employees achieve their full potential in their communities, with family and friends, and at work. Flourishing means feeling connected to something bigger, building real relationships, growing professionally and spiritually, and finding purpose and joy along the way. FLOURISH is the hub for all of it: from HR policies and FAQs to team outing recaps and interviews with Googlers who exemplify the mission.
For the wordmark, we leaned into the idea that flourishing looks different for everyone. Instead of locking into one static logo, we built a system of flexible variations, each one loose, expressive, and alive with character. Paired with a bold, ever-changing color palette, the brand identity becomes something that can flex across the digital platform, merch, and campaigns while always feeling unmistakably FLOURISH.
